We are searching for a senior executive assistant to the CEO of an aerospace manufacturing company. The executive assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the CEO. This role serves as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the CEO’s office while supporting strategic priorities in a highly confidential environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable exercising sound judgment with minimal direction. This individual anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and enables the CEO to focus on enterprise-level leadership and decision-making.

- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and highly reliable.
- Ability to forecast problems before they occur
- Highly resourceful
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the CEO’s internal and external network; professionally represent the CEO.
- Prioritize conflicting obligations and needs, independently and proactively carry out projects to completion on tight deadlines.
