Position: Case Manager
Salary: Up to $75K

A well-known personal injury law firm in Los Angeles is searching for a case manager to support their firm. This is an opportunity to be an important part of the process of helping people receive the justice they deserve. 

Requirements

• Experience as a case manager for a law firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion 
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize appropriately
• Time-management skills
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure;
• Adaptability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 

Responsibilities

• Interview clients, witnesses, and others
• Act as the liason between clients and the firm
• Gather police reports and other supporting evidence
• Request, receive and document medical information
• Assist client in resolving client’s property damage claims 
• Communicate and correspond with client regarding medical treatment and current symptoms
• Communicate and correspond with claims adjuster and treating medical providers
• Gather all necessary documents for demand writing team
• Assist client through the settlement process, 
• Assist attorneys in tracking and submitting all required government claim forms
• Responsible for actively participating in liability and insurance investigations for all assigned matters, including timely sending spoliation letters to all applicable persons/entities, obtaining photos, videos, witness statements, etc.
