A leading cloud computing solutions company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. As the executive assistant to the CEO, you will be helping businesses scale, secure, and modernize their operations. In this critical role, you will act as a strategic partner, managing schedules, communications, and confidential information, while ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for the greatest impact. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly organized, proactive, and resourceful.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen and manage incoming communications, emails, and requests.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Support board meeting preparation and documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues.
